Before mass production, you need to validate your new designs or concepts. Our laboratory delivers microfluidic prototypes made of various materials including PDMS, glass, hydrogel, and thermoplastics such as polycarbonate and chemically resistant cyclo olefin copolymer (COC). To make microdevices, we use the highly advanced microfabrication technologies such as lithography, soft lithography, liquid-phase photo-polymerization, interfacial fabrication, wet etching, reactive ion etching, micro-stamping, surface treatment, and hot embossing. The majority of our microdevices are biocompatible. We also provide manufacturing services.
